Every property undergoes institutional-grade underwriting: independent valuation, legal title review, cash flow stress testing, and full SPV legal setup before any token is issued.

Legal Setup
A dedicated SPV is created under Swiss or Italian law to hold the property. The SPV is the legal owner on the land register, isolating investor capital from Netok itself.

Token Issuance
ERC-3643 security tokens are minted on Polygon — one token per CHF/EUR 100 of asset value. KYC-enforced transfer restrictions and investor rights are encoded at the smart contract level.

Onboard & Invest
Complete KYC in under 3 minutes. Invest with bank transfer or stablecoin. Tokens appear in your Netok wallet immediately upon settlement.
